Aaron Alt is Chief Financial Officer of Cardinal Health , a Fortune 15 global healthcare distributor and services provider headquartered in Columbus. He oversees financial strategy, capital deployment, treasury, investor relations, accounting, FP&A, and M&A activities supporting the company’s enterprise strategy. A three-time NYSE public-company CFO, Alt brings more than 20 years of experience across healthcare, retail, foodservice distribution, beauty, apparel, and consumer packaged goods. Prior to Cardinal Health, he served as CFO of Sysco Corporation and previously held CFO and operations leadership roles at Sally Beauty Holdings and Target Corporation , where he led major transformation, restructuring, and growth initiatives. Alt began his career as a corporate lawyer in London. He holds degrees from Harvard Law School and Northwestern University.

Craig Spargimino is a senior finance, operations, and strategy executive recognized for driving enterprise transformation and delivering more than $1B in value creation across the healthcare ecosystem. As Executive Director & CFO at CVS Health, he oversees finance for Facilities, Enterprise Marketing, Medical Affairs, Strategy, Technology (Customer Experience), the Office of the Chairman, and CVS Ventures—ensuring disciplined investment, operational rigor, and sustained enterprise performance.
A key architect of the multi-year FP&A Modernization Strategy, Craig leads initiatives that automate management reporting, utilize AI, strengthen performance management, and advance new value-creation models. Previously, he launched the Global Value Realization Office, aligning more than 30 businesses and 575 colleagues to execute high-impact programs in cost transformation, operational efficiency, and business model innovation.
Craig has also held roles shaping strategic and operational infrastructure for emerging healthcare businesses, where he drove program execution, technology, capital planning, and the company’s first value-based contract in dialysis. Before joining CVS Health, he held leadership positions at Syntel/State Street, Genpact, Sun Knowledge, and co-founded HealthEq, focusing on Medicare Part D plan acquisition and transformation.
He holds an MBA from MIT and a BSBA from the University of Delaware and is based in Boston.
