Rachelle leads the enterprise global health, safety, and environment strategy at General Mills. This includes overall responsibility to protect people and communities by reducing enterprise safety and environmental risks, enhancing operational learning and efficiency, and complying with all laws, regulations, and company standards. In this role since 2023, serious injuries have declined by 40% and proactive identification of serious injury and fatality exposures has increased by 75%.
Rachelle joined General Mills in 2003 as an Environmental Health & Safety (EHS) Associate Manager at the Midland, Ontario Canadian manufacturing facility where she spent 7 years in cross-functional roles of increasing responsibility, with an emphasis in Continuous Improvement (CI). In 2011, Rachelle relocated to the world headquarters in Minnesota to lead CI strategy for the International Division spanning twelve countries and forty manufacturing facilities, before stepping into the Director of Manufacturing Excellence role elevating her leadership and scope across the North America network inclusive of Canada and Mexico in 2021.
Rachelle returned to the EHS function as the Director of Health, Safety and Environment for the enterprise in 2023, with a focus on challenging traditional paradigms to accelerate the reduction of serious incident and fatality (SIF) exposures. Leveraging CI methodologies coupled with leadership and learning principles, she has driven initiatives that resonate with General Mills’ core values of protecting people and the planet, while simultaneously fostering a more inclusive, productive, and resilient workplace.
Rachelle grew up in Thunder Bay, Ontario, and attended the University of Ottawa where she holds degrees in Psychology and Human Resources. She and her husband reside in the Minneapolis area and enjoy visiting their son who is a student at the University of New Brunswick, Canada.

Ricardo Moreira is AB InBev’s Chief Supply Officer. Appointed in January 2024, Ricardo was most recently CEO Africa Zone since January 2019.
Born in 1971, he is a Portuguese citizen and received a degree in Mechanical Engineering from Rio de Janeiro Federal University and a specialization in Management from the University of Chicago.
Moreira joined Ambev in 1995 and held various positions in the Sales and Finance organizations prior to becoming Regional Sales Director in 2001. He subsequently held positions as Vice President Logistics & Procurement for Latin America North, Business Unit President for Hispanic Latin America and Vice President Soft Drinks Latin America North.
In 2013, Moreira moved to Mexico to head AB InBev’s Sales, Marketing and Distribution organizations and led the commercial integration of Grupo Modelo. Most recently, he held the role of Zone President Latin America COPEC.

Marty Schoch is Executive Vice President of Supply Chain. Mr. Schoch is responsible for planning, leading and directing all strategic and operational aspects of supply chain for B&G Foods. Mr. Schoch is responsible for our procurement, inventory planning, warehousing & distribution, engineering, sales & operations planning, food safety & quality assurance and consumer affairs functions. Mr. Schoch joined B&G Foods in 2008 as Director of Purchasing and over the years has been promoted several times to supply chain roles with increasing responsibility. Mr. Schoch was promoted to his current position in 2024. Prior to B&G Foods, Mr. Schoch worked at The Manischewitz Company in various supply chain roles.
