Tyrrell Schmidt is the Chief Marketing Officer of TD Bank Group. In this role, she leads a world-class team of marketers

across Canada and the U.S. who build and protect the brand; drive legendary customer experiences across the bank; and

accelerate growth for the organization through data driven, personalized, digital marketing strategies. In 2024, TD was

recognized as one of the Top 100 Global Brands by Brand Finance and earning the highest rank of any Canadian brand.

Tyrrell joined TD in 2015 and held numerous leadership roles including in brand, sponsorship, and customer experience.

Most recently, she spent three years as the Chief Marketing Officer, TD Bank, America’s Most Convenient Bank®. In this

role, she built a team, relaunched the brand, accelerated digital marketing and marketing technology capabilities, and

drove record levels of growth through integrated marketing strategies in support of the business.

Prior to joining TD, she held a variety of senior leadership roles in marketing and general management at several global

companies including Cigna, Standard Chartered Bank, and Discover Card. She is a seasoned global executive, having lived

and worked in the U.S., Europe, Asia, and Canada.

A champion for diversity and inclusion, Tyrrell served as the executive sponsor for TD’s Multicultural Network committee

for TD Bank, AMCB, and has been actively engaged in TD’s Individuals with Diverse Abilities and Women in Leadership

programs in the U.S. and Canada.

Tyrrell is a Board member and guide runner for Achilles International, an organization that transforms the lives of people

with disabilities through athletic programs and social connection. She holds Masters’ degrees from Northwestern

University and the International School of Management in Paris, and a Bachelor degree in Marketing from Arizona State

University.

Vidya Ramnath is a senior vice president and chief marketing officer of Emerson. In this role,

she leads comprehensive global marketing, brand architecture, external communications, and

strategic storytelling of Emerson’s transformation to a focused global automation leader with

the industry’s most comprehensive portfolio.

Vidya joined the company in 1994 as a manufacturing engineer for Rosemount in Singapore.

She held several roles with increasing responsibility, including senior manager of customer

care for Emerson’s Flow business in Asia Pacific and the director of marketing for Rosemount.

She became the vice president of marketing for Emerson Asia Pacific in 2010 along with

business leadership for Emerson’s wireless portfolio. In 2016, Vidya became vice president of

Plantweb Solutions and Services in the global sales organization and was named vice

president of Asia Pacific for measurement and analytical in 2017. She held this role until 2019,

when she was promoted to her current role as president of Middle East and Africa for

Emerson.

Throughout her career, Vidya has lived in Singapore and Dubai. She was recognized among

Forbes Middle East’s Power Businesswomen in 2020 and received the 2022 “Women in

Leadership” Equality in Energy award from EGYPS.

Vidya has a bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering from the University of Madras in

India and a master’s degree in Industrial Engineering from the University of Texas at Arlington.

As vice president, customer marketing and loyalty, Amanda Bailey spearheads the strategic development, design, and implementation of the company’s loyalty programs. Amanda is responsible for advancing a best-in-class loyalty and personalization ecosystem, utilizing customer data and insights to elevate members’ omnichannel experiences. Her efforts focus on driving repeat visits through targeted marketing campaigns and personalized content, promotions and experiences, ultimately enhancing customer lifetime value and brand loyalty. Under Amanda’s leadership, Lowe’s became the first national home improvement retailer to offer tailored loyalty programs for both homeowners and Pro customers. Amanda joined Lowe’s in 2022.

Amanda has over 15 years of experience in marketing. Before joining Lowe’s, Amanda served as vice president, customer relationship marketing and loyalty at Tory Burch. She previously held several leadership roles at Hilton, where she served as vice president of global customer strategy and engagement, as well as senior director of Hilton Honors loyalty marketing.

Amanda earned a bachelor’s degree in finance from the University of Maryland. She is a founding member of Chief, a private membership network dedicated to empowering senior women leaders in their professional journeys. She was named a Lowe’s officer of excellence in 2023.

Katie Williams is the US Chief Marketing Officer at Haleon. In this role, she works to shape the future of consumer health with an iconic portfolio of Haleon brands like Advil, Sensodyne, Tums, Centrum, and Emergen C. She is a leader in CPG marketing with extensive experience and proven success in delivering growth, creative courage, digital transformation, and employee development. She is best known for her relentless focus on equity and inclusion as a critical pathway for business and brand growth, and most recently received a Cannes Lion Short List Nomination for her teams work on the “Advil Pain Equity Project”.

Katie joined Haleon in 2020 with +20 years of CPG experience at companies like Procter & Gamble where she started her career in R&D, Kraft Foods and most recently Mondelez International where Katie was charged with modernizing the brand and consumer engagement approach across the North America portfolio as the VP of Marketing Transformation.   Prior to this role, Katie held various commercial and enterprise marketing roles at Kraft and Mondelez helping to build brands in the US and globally including such iconic brands as Oreo, Ritz, and Sour Patch Kids.

In 2022, Katie was appointed Vice Chair of Haleon’s Political Action Committee Board, which shapes public policy in the interests of consumers, innovation, and public health. Katie also serves as an executive board member for the Personal Care Product Council, a leading national trade association representing more than 90% of personal care products companies in the U.S.  Additionally, Katie is a board member of the Google Advertising Board, a member of Fortune’s Most Powerful Women in Business, and one of AdWeek’s Marketing Vanguard Inductees.

Katie was named PR Weeks Purpose Driven Marketing Leader of the year in 2022, and Path to Purchase Executive of the year in 2023.  Katie has been a featured speaker at the Cannes Lions, South by Southwest, Adweek Marketing Vanguard Pod Cast, and CES.

Katie earned a bachelor’s degree from Purdue University and an MBA from the University of Michigan Ross School of Business.

Katie lives in Montclair, NJ with her two sons CJ (15) and Chase (11) and her husband of 21 years Cameron.

Matthew Lieberman is the CMO for PwC US and Mexico. An innovative executive at the crossroads of media, technology and marketing, he combines advanced digital knowledge with traditional marketing and communications acumen.

He consistently writes about the entertainment industry and has been quoted in LA Times, NY Times, SF Chronicle, Bloomberg Business Week, Wired, Huffington Post, USA Today, Hollywood Reporter, Variety, and The Wrap.

Marni is an innovative and dynamic marketing leader with extensive experience shaping, launching, and managing front-line promotional strategies across diverse industries that consistently increase revenue and heighten customer engagement. A versatile leader who commands full spectrum of integrated marketing process and builds targeted, cost-effective campaigns, I am in-tune with market trends and business needs particularly in business to business marketing.

Marni continually leverages relationship-building talents, design sensibility, and technical aptitude to collaborate with agencies and creative firms. Marni hold a Master of Science degree in Communication Management from Towson University and a Bachelor’s degree from Johns Hopkins University.

Marni is passionate about fostering an inclusive work environment and advocating for individuals with disabilities. A National Delegate for Vision 2020, she also serve as the Co-Communications Lead for the national Women’s BRG at KPMG, and recently represented KPMG on a Women in Technology panel. Marni am also the Corporate Council Lead for Autism Speaks.
