  • To have all your items delivered directly to your booth please follow the instructions in the link below.
  • Items shipped directly to the hotel, not through Viper, may not be delivered to the event as quickly and may result in a delay.
  • Please refer to the Floor Plan in the sponsor portal for your booth number
  • Viper representatives will be present during tear down to assist with paper work and questions relating to return shipments. If you have any questions relating specifically and only to shipping/material handling, please reach out directly to:
