Setup & Teardown
To comply with health and safety regulations, booth setup and teardown must take place only during the designated hours listed above. Please plan your travel accordingly and ensure you have sufficient staff on hand to unload materials and complete setup and teardown.
Checking In
Upon arrival, exhibitors and setup personnel should check in at the registration area outside the Exhibition Hall, where a team member will direct them to their booth.
Contractors & Non-Attending Representatives
If a representative or Exhibitor Appointed Contractor (EAC) who is not attending the event will be handling setup or teardown, please notify your Sponsor Success contact in advance so a temporary visitor badge can be arranged.
Shipped Materials
For shipments sent through Viper Tradeshow Services, booth materials will be delivered directly to your booth before your scheduled setup time.
Booth Setup
We use a hard-shell booth scheme rather than traditional pipe-and-drape, so please plan your signage and display materials accordingly. Please review the booth mock-up below.
You have the option to bring your own pop-up or pull-up displays, or have artwork printed directly on the back panels of the shell. If you’d like artwork printed on the panels, you must first purchase the custom print option from the Booth Rentals Store, then submit artwork built to the specs shown below. All graphics must be submitted no later than Thursday, October 8th, 2026.
Please note that ceiling rigging and anything that leaves permanent marks or damages the white panels is not permitted.
