Lorie Meola is a global leader and accomplished Chief Procurement Officer known for driving transformation across complex enterprises. Recognized for her strategic vision and pragmatic leadership, she has guided organizations through cost takeout programs, digital reinvention, and AI-driven procurement modernization, collaborating between business, technology, and finance to unlock efficiencies and accelerate AI adoption responsibly.

She leads IBM’s global procurement organization, partnering across business units and leveraging data, AI, and ecosystem relationships to deliver next-level financials while managing risk for IBM and its procurement BPO clients. She and her teams work seamlessly with the business, ensuring sourcing requirements are leveraged to maximize quality and value from suppliers to internal and external global clients.

Lorie has two decades of experience in leading global sourcing and procurement teams, most recently as Chief Procurement Officer for Fiserv.

Lorie holds a BS in Mathematics from Andrews University, and an MBA from the University of Michigan.

Sirsij Peshin is Chief Procurement Officer at Pfizer Inc managing US $23+Bn in spend and $60+Bn in payables. He has 30+ years of industry experience and worked in diverse economies across Asia, Europe, and North America.

His team manages all aspects of strategic sourcing for externally purchased goods and services across Pfizer: ranging from production materials to contract manufacturing, R&D, Digital, professional services, human resources, facilities etc. He also leads a network of regionally focused procurement operations teams.

Sirsij has a proven track record for leading technology-enabled business transformation in Procurement, Commercial Operations, Quality Management and Digital. Prior to his current role, Sirsij was Vice President – Global Commercial Operations at Pfizer.

Sirsij is a member of Hackett Advisory Board, WBENC board, Pfizer’s DEI Board, ESG Steering Committee and is recognized in Procurement Magazine’s “Top 10 Global CPOs”. He also serves as a board member of several non-profit organizations.

Roberto Magana joined Kimberly-Clark’s Global Supply Chain Leadership Team as the new Chief Procurement Officer in July of 2023. With more than 25 years providing strategic and financial governance in the supply chain space, Roberto has extensive experience with operations excellence in supply chain management, procurement, shared services, risk management, compliance, and sustainability.

Jonathan Jennings is the Chief Procurement Officer at HP Inc., overseeing global procurement, indirect goods and services, and corporate real estate. He leads strategic sourcing, supplier engagement, and operational execution, focusing on customer experience, cost optimization, and building a transparent, inclusive supply base. Jonathan joined HP in 2024 from Ford Motor Co., where he managed over $100 billion in purchasing and supply chain operations across 8,000 supplier facilities worldwide.

With thirty years of experience in engineering, procurement, manufacturing, and general management, he is recognized for handling complex supply chains and driving continuous improvement. Jonathan holds degrees from Point Park University and Eastern Michigan University, and his global perspective is shaped by extensive work in North America, Europe, Asia, and the Middle East.

Christiane (“Chris”) Ocampo is the Vice President of Global Procurement at Tapestry, where she oversees enterprise-wide strategic sourcing for Tapestry and their brands, Coach and Kate Spade. Since joining the company in 2017, she has been a key driver in modernizing Tapestry’s Procurement organization, elevating its capabilities across technology, digital, corporate, and professional services.

With more than 20 years of experience spanning technology and procurement, Chris brings a uniquely integrated perspective to operational transformation. She previously spent 17 years as a technologist delivering global systems at McKinsey & Company, KPMG, and Toys “R” Us, where she later transitioned into Procurement as a technology sourcing leader.

Chris is known for driving innovation, advancing cross-functional collaboration, and building high-performing teams. Her blend of technical depth and procurement expertise continues to shape Tapestry’s strategic approach to value creation and enterprise enablement.

Craig Reed, MBA, CPSM, is Vice President of Global Procurement and Chief Procurement Officer at Thermo Fisher Scientific, where he leads enterprise-wide procurement strategy for a global life sciences organization. With more than three decades of experience in supply management, he has built and transformed procurement organizations across multiple industries, often during periods of significant disruption. His career includes senior leadership roles at Thermo Fisher Scientific, Corteva Agriscience, DuPont, Eaton Corporation, Delta Air Lines, Deere & Company, BMW Group, and Honda of America. He has guided organizations through mergers and acquisitions, restructurings, and global crises while consistently delivering cost savings, margin expansion, and operational resilience. In 2025, Reed received the J. Shipman Gold Medal Award from the Institute for Supply Management, recognizing a lifetime of professional achievement. He is known for his disciplined leadership style, strategic mindset, and ability to motivate teams under pressure.

German Quevedo is Chief Procurement Officer for the Americas at HSBC, overseeing a $2 billion annual spend and leading procurement strategy across the US, Canada, Mexico, and Latin America. With 25+ years’ experience in banking, procurement, and operational transformation, German brings a global perspective and deep expertise in multi-country regulatory environments. He is known for enhancing third-party risk governance, driving cost discipline, and integrating global frameworks.

Fluent in English, Spanish, and Portuguese, German’s leadership is multicultural and governance-focused. He holds an MBA from the University of Michigan and is a Lean Six Sigma Black Belt.

Steve Wilson is the Vice President and Chief Procurement Officer at FICO, overseeing global procurement, real estate, travel and facilities.  Prior to FICO, Steve was the top global procurement executive at Equinix, VeriSign and Yahoo.  In between his executive procurement roles, he served as CEO of a SaaS startup, leading to a successful acquisition.  He enjoys building high-performing teams that drive value across the organization through internal relationships and execution.  On a personal level, Steve enjoys outdoor sports, such as golf and pickleball.  Steve is married to his wife, Jennifer, and they have four children together. They reside in the Nashville area and enjoy the great state of Tennessee.
