Over the past 30 years, Paulette has held various positions in the fields of Environment, Health and Safety (EHS) and Sustainability that has taken her from the field to the boardroom. She joined Johnson & Johnson in 1997 and previously served as Vice President, Global Environmental Health, Safety & Sustainability. Sam heads up the global sustainability program at Tesla, ensuring that sustainability is integrated into all aspects of the business and not only through the products. She has been leading global sustainability and climate change initiatives for over 15 years within the UN climate change talks and policy advocacy and directly implementing with large multinational companies. Sam was most recently awarded Futur/io’s top 100 CSOs in North America, and Sustainability Magazine’s Top 250 Women and Top 10 Women in ESG. She holds an M.A. from Tufts University and B.A. from Boston University.

Josh Parker joined NVIDIA in 2023 to lead the company’s corporate sustainability program. Josh studied electrical engineering and spent several years practicing IP law at a large law firm and later for the computer storage company Western Digital. While at Western Digital, he was asked to lead the company’s ethics and compliance program in Asia and later to build a new corporate sustainability program for the company.
At NVIDIA, Josh is pursuing a data-driven approach to sustainability, believing that accurate and credible data is a prerequisite for effectively managing impacts. Josh is also deeply persuaded that technology—especially AI—can play a critical and dramatic role in solving world-scale sustainability challenges.

As Cargill’s Chief Sustainability Officer, Pilar Cruz is responsible for leading the company’s efforts to drive transformational change in delivering sustainable supply chains for customers around the globe, while making agriculture part of how we deliver on the United Nations’ Sustainable Development Goals. This aim is core to Cargill’s purpose to nourish the world in a safe, responsible and sustainable way.
Pilar also leads Cargill’s global Communications and Corporate Responsibility functions, which includes advancing partnerships focused on accelerating progress on climate, food security, human rights, and women’s economic empowerment.
Prior to her current role, Pilar served as president and group leader of Cargill’s global aqua nutrition business. Under her leadership, Cargill launched its SeaFurther Sustainability initiative, designed to help the company and the broader seafood industry reduce its carbon footprint.
With over two decades of business and operations experience, Pilar brings a global and diverse perspective to the Executive Team. Her career with Cargill – including leadership positions across the protein and animal nutrition businesses, as well as leading the global Corporate Strategy and Development function – has brought her from the plains of the south central United States, to Brazil, Canada, Costa Rica, Nicaragua, several European countries and the United Kingdom.
Outside of Cargill, Pilar serves on the Board of Donaldson Company Inc. – a Minneapolis-based public company, and a global leader in engine and industrial air, oil and liquid filtration solutions. Additionally, Pilar was appointed to the World Food Program USA’s Board of Directors, an organization Cargill has been working with for over 20 years. Together, Cargill and WFP USA will continue to work toward sustainable solutions that end hunger and malnutrition, so every family in need has access to safe, nutritious and affordable food.
Originally from Bogotá Colombia, Pilar is the first Latina promoted to Cargill’s executive team. She has a Bachelor’s degree in Economics from the Universidad de Los Andes and a Master’s degree in Business Administration from the University of Michigan Ross School of Business.

April 1, 2023, Dirk Voeste, PhD, joined Volkswagen Group as its Chief Sustainability Officer. In this function he together with his team is responsible for the development and implementation for the Groups sustainability strategy regenerate+, all ESG-related topics as well as stakeholder relationship.
As a graduated Ph.D. in biology from University Bonn in Germany and M.Phil. from the Cranfield Institute of Technology in England he held various positions in the field of space science, biotechnology, breeding, crop protection and sustainability. For example, as a Vice President Dirk has taken the lead of BASFs corporate sustainability strategy and as a Senior Vice President he was responsible for of regulatory, public affairs and sustainability for BASFs Agriculture Solution Division.

Jen Huffstetler is the Chief Sustainability Officer and Senior Vice President of Sustainable Impact and Compliance at HP. In this role, Jen is responsible for developing and leading the company’s integrated Sustainable Impact strategy to deliver sustainable computing for a sustainable future. She also leads product compliance and global technical regulations. She is a keynote speaker and expert on Sustainable AI and deployment of AI to achieve sustainability goals.
Previously, Jen was the Chief Product Sustainability Officer and Vice President/General Manager of Future Platform Strategy at Intel. Jen brings a diversity of business, marketing, supply chain, manufacturing, product development and engineering experience from her 25+ years at Intel spanning chips to software to data center systems.
Jen holds a Bachelor of Chemical Engineering from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology, and an MBA from Babson College, F.W. Olin Graduate School in Corporate Entrepreneurship. She is also a certified Executive Leadership Coach from the Hudson Institute, a Korn-Ferry Interpreter, and Birkman Certified. She enjoys spending time with her husband, two adult daughters, and Malinois/Greyhound mix, traveling, Pilates, reading, volleyball, sailing, running, and cycling.

Dr. Gayle Schueller is 3M’s Senior Vice President and Chief Sustainability Officer. Gayle started in 3M’s corporate laboratory as a product development engineer and has over 30 years of technical and business leadership experience. Her career spans a broad range of businesses from electronics to healthcare to consumer industries. She has led technical and business teams from around the world including Europe, Asia, Latin America and North America.
Gayle’s previous assignments include Vice President of New Platforms for Growth and Commercialization, Directora General for 3M Mexico, and Vice President of Research & Development and Design for 3M’s Consumer and Office Business.
She is passionate about making a positive impact in the world through science and technology.

Aditi Mohapatra directs Expedia Group’s strategy across social and environmental sustainability and oversees efforts to maximize impact while delivering business value. In her role, she designed and launched Expedia Group’s Open World™ social impact and sustainability strategy and priority areas of focus across economic advancement, inclusive travel, and sustainability. Aditi is also one of the executive sponsors for the company’s first-ever Accelerator program, designed to advance innovation in the travel industry by supporting startups and small and medium sized businesses (SMBs) to fast track their growth and innovate on Expedia Group’s purpose-built technology platform.
Prior to joining Expedia Group, Aditi spent nearly a decade with Business for Social Responsibility (BSR), where she served as Managing Director and worked with a wide range of global corporations to improve and advance their sustainability strategies. In this role, she also led BSR’s North American technology practice and across industries in the areas in diversity, equity, inclusion and human rights. Prior to that, she spent eight years with Calvert Investment Management, a leading sustainable and responsible investment firm. There, she led strategic planning for Calvert’s executive committee, and held various roles within the sustainability research team. Aditi holds an M.B.A. in Finance from George Washington University, and a B.S. in International Economics from the University of Florida.
