• Viper Tradeshow Services is our exclusive shipping partner.
• To have all your items delivered directly to your booth please follow the instructions in the link below.
• Items shipped directly to the hotel may not be delivered to the event as quickly and may result in a delay in them arriving at your booth.
• Please refer to the Floor Plan section for your booth number.
• Viper representatives will be present during tear down to assist with paper work and questions relating to return shipments. If you have any questions relating specifically and only to shipping/material handling, please reach out directly to:

Deadline Date to ship to Warehouse to avoid late charges: Wednesday, March 5, 2025. 

Deadline Date to ship to Advanced Warehouse (late fees applied): Monday, March 10, 2025.

Dates to ship directly to the Gaylord Rockies FedEx Office [SMALL PACKAGES ONLY]: Arriving between March 7 – 11, 2025.
