Please note:
In accordance with Health and Safety Regulations, please be advised strictly NO set up or tear down will allowed before or after the below mentioned time. Please arrange your inbound and outbound flights accordingly to complete set up and tear down during the designated hours. It is the responsibility of the sponsor to supply sufficient staff for the unloading of transport vehicles and set-up and tear-down of your booth.
Those setting up their booths should report to the registration area located outside the Osceola Ballroom upon arrival and during the designated hours mentioned above. An Executive Platforms staff member will be able to direct them to their booth in the Exhibit Hall.
If a representative or Exhibitor Appointed Contractor (EAC) who is not attending the event will be coming to set up/teardown, please ensure you inform your event manager in advance so temp visitor badges can be prepared accordingly.
If you shipped your booth materials through our official shipping partner Viper Tradeshow Services, they will be delivered to your booth before you arrive for set up.
Included below is a mock up of what each booth space will look like. Instead of the conventional pipe and drape, we use shell scheme so please plan your booth materials/signage accordingly.
Rigging from the ceiling and sticking items that leave permanent marks or damage the white panels are not allowed.
