  • Viper Tradeshow Services is our exclusive shipping partner.
  • To have all your items delivered directly to your booth, please follow the instructions in the link below.
  • Items shipped directly to the hotel may not be delivered to the event as quickly and may result in a delay in them arriving at your booth.
  • Please refer to the Floor Plan section for your booth number.
  • Viper representatives will be present during tear down to assist with paper work and questions relating to return shipments. If you have any questions relating specifically and only to shipping/material handling, please reach out directly to:

Deadline date to ship to warehouse to avoid late charges: Thursday, September 4th.

Dates to ship directly to the Hilton Austin [SMALL PACKAGES ONLY] : Arriving between September 12th – 14th.
