  • Viper Tradeshow Services is our exclusive shipping partner.
  • To have all your items delivered directly to your booth please follow the instructions in the link below.
  • Items shipped directly to the hotel may not be delivered to the event as quickly and may result in a delay in them arriving at your booth.
  • Please refer to the Floor Plan section for your booth number.
  • Viper representatives will be present during tear down to assist with paper work and questions relating to return shipments. If you have any questions relating specifically and only to shipping/material handling, please reach out directly to:

Viper also offers Labor Services for install and dismantle of your display. Please refer to Page 11 of the below documents.

Dates to ship directly to the Diplomat Beach Resort Hollywood FedEx Office [SMALL PACKAGES ONLY]: Arriving between March 24 – 27, 2025.
