Please ship all items directly to the hotel. Label packages as:

Please note: Executive Platforms is not responsible for any packages shipped and will not claim any packages on-site or incur any costs associated with inbound/outbound shipping.

Post-Event Shipments

  • Sponsors are responsible for scheduling package pick up with the courier after the event is over as the hotel does not have scheduled pick ups.
  • The hotel does not have any storage rooms and packages will be left on the shipping/receiving dock which is a common area for all hotel staff.
  • Packages must be labelled: Nadia Basales – First Name Last Name (Company Name) Booth Number

Important Notes:

  • Delivery of shipments cannot be received prior to November 8th, 2024. Any shipments arriving prior to November 8th will not be accepted by the hotel.
  • The hotel does not deal with any customs related issues or charges of your packages.
  • Please track all packages using the tracking number provided by your courier company.
