Stefano Perego joined Amazon in 2011 as the General Manager of Amazon Italia after an earlier career with Rexel, Comifar, and Black & Decker working in supply chain and logistics roles. During his time at Amazon, he has held a range of senior leadership positions in Italy, Luxembourg, the United Kingdom, and the United States. Today he is a VP, Global Operations with responsibilities throughout Amazon’s international footprint and operational services. He is a graduate of the Politecnico di Milano.

Namrata was appointed Chief Supply Chain Officer in November 2023.

Namrata joined Haleon from Procter & Gamble, where she spent 17 years in various leadership roles. This included spending six years leading Global Supply Chain for the company’s Beauty Sector, as well as leading the supply chain sustainability agenda for Procter & Gamble globally. Namrata also had supply chain leadership roles in Central Eastern Europe, Middle East & Africa, Western Europe and Latin America.

Before joining Procter & Gamble, Namrata held senior leadership roles at global consumer companies including Coca Cola and The Gillette Company. Namrata is also a Non-Executive Director of Oxford Biomedica, a leading gene and cell therapy group.

Fares Sayegh is Procter & Gamble’s Senior Vice President, Product Supply Fabric Care, Global Supply Network Operations and Manufacturing Disciplines. A native of Lebanon with a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering, Fares began his career in 1988 at Procter & Gamble in Saudi Arabia. Over the past three decades Fares assumed several leadership positions in supply chain, commercial and Global Business Services /IT roles. Before his current role, Fares took over the European Product Supply market operations which he ran until the beginning of this year. Since 2004 Fares has been residing in Geneva, Switzerland.

Aksel Eroglu has worked across Europe with Nestlé for over 25 years. He has held supply chain roles in Russia, Ukraine, Poland, and Switzerland.

Dr. Arne Flemming is currently the Senior Vice President Corporate Supply Chain and Global Logistics Services at Bosch. Dr. Flemming has worked in various supply chain and operations roles for almost 13 years at Bosch.

Stephane Piat has dedicated his career to leading transformation and operations within the manufacturing and industrialization sector. With a strong background in quality, logistics, and planning, he has consistently demonstrated his expertise in driving efficiency and innovation. As a global citizen, Stephane has gained invaluable experience working in various regions, including Asia, East Europe, and contributing to global transformation initiatives.

Currently, he holds a role as Senior Vice-President Supply Chain Strategy & Performance. In this position, he is responsible for spearheading transformation efforts within the supply chain. His focus is on continuous improvement and delivering impactful results across the entire value chain. This includes empowering customers to become Impact Makers through the company’s offers and solutions, optimizing internal supply chain operations, and cultivating strong partnerships with suppliers.

Ms. Maria Pia De Caro currently serves as Global Operations EVP for Pernod Ricard, where she is responsible for the entire supply chain organization including strategy, manufacturing operations, planning and logistics, procurement and safety, sustainability and quality management. Ms. De Caro has a track record of more than 25 years of leadership in areas such as engineering, manufacturing, M&A and supply chain at a number of fast-moving consumer goods companies like Procter & Gamble, Unilever and Mondelez. Ms. De Caro holds a master’s degree in mechanical engineering from the Sapienza University of Rome and is an avid supporter of diversity and inclusion.

Paul has almost 30 years Supply Chain experience supporting Pepsi’s food and beverage businesses, across procurement, manufacturing, logistics, warehousing, customer facing and planning. Paul has worked across Europe in multiple countries and in a global capacity leading PepsiCo’s flavour supply chain and currently heads up PepsiCo’s supply chain for Europe.

Sheena Behn is the Vice President of Global Supply Chain and Strategy at AstraZeneca. In this pivotal role, she leads the company’s global supply chain operations, driving strategic initiatives to enhance efficiency, resilience, and sustainability across the supply chain network. Sheena brings over 20 years of experience in supply chain management and strategy, including leadership roles at major pharmaceutical and healthcare companies. She joined AstraZeneca in 2023, where she has been instrumental in optimizing supply chain processes, ensuring the seamless delivery of life-saving medications to patients worldwide, and aligning the supply chain strategy with AstraZeneca’s broader business objectives. Sheena holds an MBA from the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania and a Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT). She is recognized for her expertise in global logistics, procurement, and supply chain innovation, and is a sought-after speaker at industry forums. Passionate about mentoring and developing future supply chain leaders, Sheena is dedicated to advancing the field through the integration of advanced technologies and data-driven strategies.

Erika joined H&M in 2022 as the Global Head Supply Chain Strategy & Design after nearly 25 years at Procter & Gamble. Throughout her career in supply chain, Erika has held roles spanning across the globe, including Mexico, United Kingdom, Ireland, and Sweden. Erika has excelled in roles spanning from retail logistics to global strategy and innovation. She is passionate for driving value and developing people in a sustainable way.

Jamal Chamariq has been responsible for implementing end-toend supply chain solutions and managing operations for all Estee Lauder brands and categories in EMEA and Travel Retail Worldwide since 2018. He has significant experience in supply chain, including: product development, procurement, planning, manufacturing, distribution and business engineering.
